Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms.Payment:
- All payment should be in USD via Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi.
- Payment must be up front for commissions $40 or less. Beyond that, split-payment plans may be worked out.
- Prices for pieces that don’t fit neatly into a category, or by nature result in much more/less work than ordinary, are negotiable. I want to ensure my art is being sold at the correct value, but I will not underprice it. If you need a discount in order to be able to afford it, you should probably not be buying art.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.Process:
- I will need a visual reference (the more/more detailed the better), and/or a detailed description.
- I may come up with a few basic sketches or compositions and ask you to select one. Regardless, I will send a picture of the final sketch for approval before beginning the next step of the process.
- I will send additional images or screenshots throughout the process as requested. Please be available to answer any questions I have while working on your piece.
- Minor adjustments are free and encouraged to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Major changes after the coloring stage has begun will be at an additional charge.
- The average turnaround time will be within 2 weeks. I will notify you if it will take longer. If you need the piece by a certain date, please tell me.Use:
- Unless specifically agreed upon, you may not use my art commercially (sell it for profit in any form, such as NFTs or art prints). You of course may reproduce it for personal use.
- I retain the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image for self-promotion.
- You may (and are encouraged to) post the art you receive to social media, use as a wallpaper, profile picture, etc, as long as you credit me by name (and preferably link).Terms are subject to change without notification, but if they change in the middle of a commission, I will let you know.
